I want to help guide you with nutrition and show you how certain foods can drastically improve your health. I will make a personalized meal plan with specific breakdowns on macros, nutrients, and what benefits each food will have. Additionally, I make you a grocery list with specific items as well as things to avoid. This will also include guidance every step of the way towards your goals whether it's losing weight, gaining weight, or just trying to feel better.
Home Inspections
I have come to learn that your home plays a huge factor in health. There are little things that could be playing a negative affect in one's well being. It's my intention to thoroughly inspect every product and appliance that's related to food, cooking, bathing, sleeping, and even just relaxing with family. The following rooms can be expected: kitchen, pantry, bathrooms, bedrooms, laundry room, office, and living room. With this, I will then provide extremely beneficial insight as to what can be done to make improvements in your home.
Meal Prep
I have always had a passion for cooking, and with years of experience I was able to master simple but nutrient dense meals that not only keep me full during the day, but also provide actual benefits to my body that I can recognize. It can be frustrating that we have made our lives so busy to the point where we can't take time to pack a meal and take it to work, instead we're left with options like food delivery often being fast food. I believe a strong lunch can either revive your day or kill it. With that being said, I will make you high quality and flavorful meals that will not just save you money from big food and their delivery fees, but meals that will also nourish your body.

The Truth About Food
At The Health Fix, I truly believe that our food can be our medicine as well as our poison. In today's world it's sad that our food supply has been overruled by big food corporations and unfortunately they could care less about my health or yours. What they care about is money, so their plan is to mass produce processed food that stays on the shelf longer and tastes good. These foods are cheap and made with addictive ingredients, and usually they contain little to no nutritional value. It is only recently that these foods have entered our grocery stores, and there's no coincidence that it's the same time as chronic illness, fatigue, and even heart disease. Hear me out, the same people that make these foods have a relationship with big pharma, they then treat you for whatever it may be, caused by the over eating of ultra processed food.
